Bookkeeping & Accounting (for small charities) – Thur 21st March 2019 9:30am to 12:30pm – Darlington

Location: Kings Centre Whessoe Road, Darlington DL3 0QT

Half day seminar to coincide with the launch of the new BAAT-V1 Bookkeeping and Accounting Tool – covers guidance on how to use BAAT-V1. Aimed at charity Trustees, volunteers, and staff who have the responsibility of dealing with small charity finances (less than £250,000 annual income and not VAT registered). The BAAT-V1 tool is easy to use and suitable for most small charities.

Attendance at the seminar costs £50 per person, which includes a copy of BAAT-V1 (available separately for £40 if you are not attending the seminar). You will need to bring a laptop with Microsoft Excel installed to read and use the toolkit.

Half day seminar – three hours with Institute of Fundraising professional fundraiser Mike Salt MInstF(Cert), focusing on key skills and tools to help your charity gain grant funding, manage your grant funding needs and work smarter to gain further grants to improve financial sustainability.

Attendance at the seminar costs £50 per person, which includes Grant Funding Strategy, Project Profile and Full Costing Matrix tools. You will need to bring a laptop with Microsoft Excel installed to read and use the toolkit.
